**_Role Overview:_**
- Support the creation of training plan and course blueprint.
- Develop and update courseware and learning assets.
- Test labs developed for classroom exercises.
- Build technical competence on a pre-defined Trellix product and stay current on new product features.
- Work with SMEs to develop learning content.
- Attend R&D meeting and product demo.
- Review course and provide formal feedback on possible improvements in training materials.
- 2-4 years of demonstrated experience as Instructional Designer.
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Ability to learn and utilize software-based design tools and security products.
- Ability to configure Windows,Linux platforms and lab-based classrooms.
- Knowledge of instructional design models and processes, for example ADDIE and SAM.
- Knowledge of instructional modalities, for example classroom learning, blended learning, gamification, multi-device/mobile learning.
- Knowledge of methods and techniques for planning, designing, and developing instructional content.
- Knowledge of needs assessment approaches and techniques.
- Ability to install security products on Windows and Linux platforms
- Knowledge of methods and techniques for defining learning and behavioral outcome statements.
- Skill in designing blueprints, schematics, and/or other visual representations of learning and development solutions, for example wireframes, storyboards, and mock-ups.
- Skill in designing and/or developing learning assets, for example role plays, self-assessments, training manuals, job aids, and visual aids that align to a desired learning or behavioural outcome.
