We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to join our team at Quest Global. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing and designing effective training programs for our employees in the energy sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations
- Create instructional materials that are aligned with adult learning principles and best practices
- Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content
- Utilize instructional design software and tools to create visually appealing and user-friendly training materials
- Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics, audio, and video, to enhance learning experience
- Conduct pilot testing and gather feedback to continuously improve training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of training programs
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in instructional design

**Work Experience
** Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies
- Proficient in using instructional design software and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the energy industry is a plus
