Now we’re looking for a creative LMS Instructional Designer who can turn ideas into irresistible learning — from playful kids’ lessons to polished Train-the-Trainer programs.This isn’t your average “upload a SCORM and call it a day” role. You’ll bring courses to life end-to-end: storyboarding, graphics, interactivity, LMS setup, QA — the whole journey. If you love crafting a bright, kid-friendly PPT as much as designing a rigorous educator pathway, keep reading.The OpportunityAs our LMS Instructional Designer, you’ll:- Build engaging online courses on our LMS (Moodle/Canvas/TalentLMS or similar) — structure, flow, and learner experience.- Create beautiful learning assets — slides, infographics, templates, short videos, quizzes, and downloads.- Bring our content to life with clear narratives, inclusive design, and interactive elements that actually teach.- Collaborate across teams — work with subject experts, writers, and designers to ship high-quality modules on time.- Make real impact — help educators teach cyber safety and digital wellbeing with confidence.What You’ll Actually Do- Translate topics like digital identity, privacy, media literacy, phishing, relationships online, and cyberbullying into age-appropriate journeys.- Design for multiple audiences: five-year-olds, teens, teachers, and parents — and keep it engaging for each.- Use tools like Articulate 360/Rise/Captivate, plus Canva/Adobe to deliver polished, accessible content.- Set up, test, and iterate inside the LMS — enrolments, assessments, completion rules, analytics, the works.- Keep everything interactive, practical, and fun (we’re allergic to boring e-learning).You’re Our Person If You…Love to Create- You get a buzz from turning messy ideas into clean, beautiful learning — graphics, layouts, micro-videos, and quizzes.Have the Chops- Background in instructional design, education, L&D, or EdTech and Graphic design- Comfortable in authoring tools and LMS platforms; basic media editing is a plus.Are Reliable & Organized- You plan well, communicate clearly, and ship on time.- You care about accessibility, quality, and learner outcomes.Believe in the Mission- You want your work to protect and empower kids and families online.- You’re excited to help educators teach the digital world with confidence.Role Details- Type: Full-Time- Location: India (Remote or Hybrid)- Team: Content & Learning (cross-functional with Design)- Perks: Purpose-driven work, flexible culture, and collaboration with partners like Microsoft, IMDA Singapore, and Palo Alto Networks.Ready to Join Us?We’re a small, passionate team that values trust over hierarchy, results over process, and meaningful work above everything else.Here’s what we want to see:- Your CV (LinkedIn is fine if it’s up to date :)- Portfolio or samples (PPTs, e-learning, visuals — show us range)- A 1–2 minute video introducing yourself: who you are, why Cyberlite, and why we should interview youSend your application here : – LMS Instructional Designer (Cyberlite)Looking to be part of a successful, growing team shaping the next generation’s digital future?
