Job Description: Instructional Designer

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team at Quest Global. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing and designing effective training programs for our employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations
- Utilize instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences
- Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content
- Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics and animations, to enhance learning materials
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role
- Proficient in instructional design software and tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design theories
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and project management skills

**Work Experience
