Job Overview & Purpose
- The key objective of the Recipient Services Associate will be on learning and integration to Cochlear with sales targets and activities as milestones.- The person is responsible for business growth and achievement of target sales by increased engagement with HCP’s (Surgeons, Audiologist and therapist), patients and by building advocacy.Responsibilities include; achieving the targets sales revenue objectives, developing and maintaining business and clinical relationships.- Key Accountabilities Include
- Accountability 1: Deliver on customer experience.
- Accountability 2: Achieve sales targets.
- Accountability 3: Build and manage advocacy
- Minimum Key Incumbent Requirements_- Audiologists from a premium institute (MSc Audiology)-
- Engineer or a Bachelor of Science-
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written-
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with cross-functional departments.-
- Ability to travel up to 60% in the territory-
- Ability to speak and understand local language.-
- Demonstrated ability to empathize with and identify specific needs of customers- Development Value of this role:
