About Us

We are a metal fabrication company engaged in manufacturing pressure vessels, boilers, heat exchangers, storage tanks, structural steelwork, and other custom-fabricated equipment for industrial clients.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Excel sheets for enquiries, quotations, orders, materials, and dispatch details
- Keep a record of raw material and finished goods data in coordination with stores/production
- Handle phone calls and basic customer/vendor queries
- Maintain digital and physical filing of documents (POs, invoices, challans, drawings, etc.)
- Assist in preparing documents for quotations, tenders and submissions
- Support management with general office administration and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum education: Graduate in any Commerce field
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is a must (data entry, basic formulas, formatting)
- Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Organized, disciplined, and willing to learn basic technical terms related to fabrication
- Minimum 3 years of experience

Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in office administration / back office / coordination
- Experience in a manufacturing/fabrication/engineering company

Schedule & Compensation
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Above 30,000 Rs. (depending on qualification and experience)
