We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing inventory, overseeing the complete order cycle, and providing excellent customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and timely reordering of supplies as needed.
- Oversee the entire order process, from receipt through fulfillment, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in administrative or back office roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
