
Receptionist/administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Manage bookings for flexi desks, private offices, and meeting rooms.
- Handle daily operations of the workspace, including opening and closing procedures.
- Address customer inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Manage client check-ins, invoicing, and payments.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas.
- Oversee office supplies, kitchen supplies, and stock inventory.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of the workspace facilities.
- Support the team in planning and executing events or workshops.
- Ensure all customer requests and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve workspace functionality.
**Requirements**:
- Language known:
- Gujarat, Hindi, English
- Prior experience in administrative, receptionist, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle different tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management software.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- High level of professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage workspace operations effectively and maintain a welcoming environment.
