**Role Overview**:
As the **Receptionist**at **Mquik.in**, you will be the face of our brand. You will greet customers, manage front-desk tasks, assist in service scheduling, and ensure smooth communication between customers and the workshop team. This role is key in shaping the customer’s first impression and ensuring they leave with a positive service experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet walk-in customers and visitors with a warm, professional approach
- Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments
- Schedule appointments and update service bookings in the system
- Coordinate with service advisors, Floor Incharge, Account & HR department
- Maintain a clean, well-organized reception area
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM tools
- Collect feedback and report concerns for immediate resolution
- Assist in basic administrative duties like filing, documentation, etc.
**Eligibilty**:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a receptionist or customer support role
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong verbal and written communication (English, Hindi, and local language)
- Proficiency in MS Office, basic computer operations, and CRM tools
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive service industry is a plus
**Work Timing**:
8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Sunday off)
**Salary**:
₹14000-₹22000 per month + Benefits
