We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and proactive **Front Desk Receptionist** to be the face of our office. You will be the first point of contact for all walk-in visitors and incoming calls, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience for customers, clients, and internal staff.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Manage front desk activities, including answering and directing incoming calls
- Handle visitor check-ins, registrations, and appointment scheduling
- Provide basic and accurate information about Mquik.in and our services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Coordinate with internal departments for visitor or customer meetings
- Maintain office supplies and assist in minor administrative tasks
- Support HR/Admin teams with clerical duties when required
**Skills & Qualifications**
- 0-2 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or in a customer service role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass, Graduate or pursuing graduation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
