**Field Supervisor - Interior Job DescriptionPosition Overview**:
The Field Supervisor for Interior works on-site to oversee and coordinate interior construction, renovation, and finishing projects. They ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and up to quality and safety standards. The role involves supervising workers, coordinating with subcontractors, managing materials, and ensuring adherence to design specifications.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Site Supervision & Coordination**
- Oversee daily operations at interior construction sites, ensuring work progresses as planned.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and laborers to maintain workflow.
- Monitor project timelines and report progress to project managers.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting workmanship and materials.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is a plus).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with interior design concepts and finishes.
- Knowledge of building codes and permitting processes.
- Bilingual skills (if required for specific job sites).

**Work Environment**:

- Primarily on-site at construction or renovation locations.
- Exposure to various weather conditions and physical demands of construction work.
- May require occasional travel between job sites.
- 3-5 years of experience in interior construction, renovation, or finishing work.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and work on-site for extended periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,033.34 - ₹25,560.04 per month
