The Process Associate - Annotation is responsible for accurately annotating, labeling, and tagging data sets, images, text, audio, or video according to project specifications. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow guidelines, and proficiency in using annotation tools. The Process Associate will work closely with the team to ensure that data is correctly labeled and processed to support machine learning, AI training, or data analysis tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Annotation & Labeling**:

- Annotate large sets of data (such as text, images, audio, or video) according to project requirements and guidelines.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of annotations across datasets.
- Maintain the quality of annotations and ensure they meet the standards required for machine learning models or other analytical purposes.
- **Quality Control**:

- Perform quality checks on annotated data to ensure it adheres to project guidelines.
- Identify and flag any errors, inconsistencies, or issues in data and report them to supervisors.
- Revise and correct annotations when necessary to ensure high-quality data output.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain records of annotation tasks, progress, and issues encountered.
- Generate reports on annotation productivity and quality metrics, as requested.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure proper documentation of annotation guidelines and processes.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with team leads, managers, or other departments to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve issues and improve annotation processes.
- **Tool Utilization**:

- Use various data annotation tools, platforms, or software (e.g., image labeling tools, text annotation platforms) to perform tasks efficiently.
- Learn new tools and techniques for data annotation as required.
- **Time Management**:

- Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prioritize tasks based on project needs and deadlines.
- **Adherence to Guidelines & Confidentiality**:

- Follow project-specific guidelines and standards for data annotation.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security protocols in line with company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Equivalent required; a degree in computer science, data science, or a related field is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Basic understanding of machine learning, AI, or data science concepts (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with annotation tools or platforms (e.g., Labelbox, Amazon Mechanical Turk, or custom annotation software).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Google Suite, or similar office tools.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software or processes quickly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹9,500.00 per year
