We are looking for a tech leader with a rich experience in software and technology who can

own our product and facilitate its technological advancement. We are seeking a visionary and passionate tech enthusiast who will own the VOPA’s tech ecosystem and its upcoming

technological interventions. As a C.T.O., you will lead the VOPA’s technology team and

collaborate with vendors and stakeholders who contribute to our tech journey. You will also guide the tech team members and help them improve their tech skills.

**Roles and responsibilities**:
1. Understand the existing tech stack and software architecture.

2. Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for app development and outsourcing.

3. Ownership of 3rd party tools and software.

4. Collaborate with intra-organizational teams to understand technological gaps and

loopholes.

5. Creating a roadmap and logical designs for the development of new technological

requirements.

6. Review/test existing code and technological modules.

7. Review and manage the technological budget.

8. Exploration of partners for tech solutions.

**Desirable Skill Set**:
1. Minimum experience of 6 years in software or tech-related industry/ non-profit.

2. A project manager who has led a tech project for at least two years.

3. Strong expertise in software development, system architecture, and emerging

technologies.

4. Strong understanding of full-stack software development.

5. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

6. Familiarity with AWS cloud-based services.

7. Good understanding of data and its analysis.

8. Experience in projects related to AI/ Machine Learning will be an added advantage.

**Commitment expected: 2+ years**

**Office Location: Kothrud, Pune.**

**Salary Compensation**: Rs. 10 to 11 Lakhs per annum
