**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Media Relations**: Develop and maintain relationships with media representatives. Pitch stories, manage press releases, and coordinate interviews and media appearances.
- **Content Creation**: Write and edit press releases, speeches, newsletters, and other communication materials. Ensure content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with the company's brand voice.
- **Strategic Communication**: Develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns to promote company initiatives, product launches, and events. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of these strategies.
- **Crisis Management**: Prepare and manage crisis communication plans. Handle media inquiries and issues with professionalism and tact.
- **Event Management**: Plan and execute PR events, such as press conferences, product launches, and promotional events. Coordinate logistics, invite media, and manage on-site activities.
- **Social Media Management**: Oversee the company’s social media presence, including crafting posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends and feedback.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct research to identify trends, media opportunities, and competitive landscape. Analyze media coverage and report on PR campaign performance.
- **Internal Communication**: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company objectives. Assist in internal communication efforts and employee engagement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with media and stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and executing successful PR campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of PR software and tools is a plus.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
