Performance Marketing Executive

The **Performance Marketing Executive** will join a rapidly growing eco-friendly and sustainable Garden Care brand operating in the UK and India. This is an important role to the business; **help drive the performance marketing strategy of the business across various platforms such Amazon, eBay, Etsy and own websites**. You will be responsible for running, measuring and optimising **Amazon Ad campaigns, Google shopping campigns** and other in platform advertising campaigns for relevenat product categories. This role will be ideal for a marketing graduate, who has had **at least five years** working in a similar role. We have exciting plans for the development of the groups brands and need the right person on board to help us develop this. **Job Purpose**:
- To develop, lead and manage all **paid advertising campaigns** activities of the company’s digital platforms.
- To ensure that profitable business growth is accelerated, and that commercial success is achieved in both direct web, the third-party marketplaces and social media channels.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage growth through implementing campaign solutions, including developing campaign strategy, building campaigns, and monitoring and optimising for spend and performance to meet and exceed marketing key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Plans and executes all **display advertising** campaigns, **Google PPC** and market place paid advertising campaings.
- Helping in managing **Search, RLSA Campaigns, Display Light-box/Engagement Ads, Dynamic Search Ads, Demand Side Platform, YouTube Video Advertising**
- Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers for translation and and creatives.
.Provide analytics for monthly and quarterly performance reports based on KPIs and success metrics.
**Experience**
- A relevant / associated marketing or **digital marketing **qualification at degree level or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience paid marketing in **Amazon and Google Shopping**
- Advertising initiatives and PPC campaigns and **Keywords.**
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Previous experience of running Amazon channels for a large account.
- A strong understanding of Amazon paid advertising and experience managing advertising accounts across multiple countries.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and plug-ins (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Jungle Scout, SEM Rush, Helium 10 etc.,)
- Ability to demonstrate a track record of delivering successful online strategies to deliver commercial growth.
- IT literate and able to manage, process and upload large volumes of data.
- Good working English and high-level Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail to ensure new product listings are 100% accurate and complete.
- Analytical skills to interpret and report on traffic and sales data categories etc. so that revenues can be maximised on each marketplace.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
