**Position: Performance Marketing Associate**

Location: Coimbatore/ Remote

Function: Design and place advertisements in marketing channels

The Role:
**Responsibilities**:
To discuss with account managers & create Paid media strategy for clients.

To Meet Performance marketing targets.

To Vet all the Ad accounts & performance strategies of clients. The ideas and creatives brought forward by the client teams to make them viable, feasible, and desirable for execution.

To do the review meetings of all PM executives.

To train the Executives to be self-managing and to fit the culture of Supercluster PI.

Drive digital media plan and execution across online channels

Own digital marketing creative skills, while ensuring best practices are followed.

Visualize & recommend A/B experiments to keep improving our template. Track results and deploy the basis learning

Manage large-scale campaign planning, execution, and optimization strategy for both performance and brand awareness objectives

A good understanding of funnels, audience segmentation, creative best practices, and marketing briefs

Excellent skills in analytical and logical reasoning, ability to analyze large and complex data-sets to realize appropriate strategies and solutions for programs and campaigns. Have a good understanding and execution expertise with digital paid media: SEM, Display, Paid Social, etc. Varied industry exposure in running PPC, Video, and Display campaigns focusing on conversion events like website conversion or in-app events

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years of experience in paid media and marketing analytics Experience with paid media technology, ad-serving platforms, and marketing data systems

Expertise in reporting on media spend, efficiency, and optimization Extensive experience with data visualization tools like Tableau Able to translate business objectives into measurable goals and KPIs
