Job Title: Performance Marketer

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (with recent hands-on experience in Google Ads)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate must have recent, practical experience in managing Google Ads and should be comfortable handling performance-driven campaigns to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient campaigns.
  • A/B test creatives, landing pages, and ad formats to improve conversion rates.
  • Prepare and share campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid marketing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing.
  • Recent, proven experience in Google Ads campaign management.
  • Knowledge of campaign tracking, conversion tracking, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Familiarity with other paid platforms like Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Amazon Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Google Ads certification.
  • Experience with SEO, retargeting, or marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience in e-commerce marketing campaigns.
