garment quality incharge, or quality assurance or quality control (QA/QC) manager, has many responsibilities, including: Quality assurance Ensuring that the quality of the product is maintained throughout production, from raw materials to finished goods. This includes conducting quality audits, visual and measurement tests, and other inspections. Quality issues Identifying and addressing quality issues, such as customer complaints, and working with other departments to find solutions. Quality standards Ensuring that the product meets company and regulatory standards, and that quality control procedures are implemented and followed. Production planning Working with vendors and factories to plan production, and ensuring that the factory is aware of quality issues and production timelines. Quality documentation Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends to prepare quality reports. Team management Leading and developing a team of QA, QC, and technical staff, and evaluating their performance. Communication Communicating with other departments, such as buying, merchandising, and production. Compliance Ensuring that safety, quality, and compliance issues are taken into account.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
