Conduct regular market research to identify current trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies in the garment industry.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and fashion trends to forecast demand and guide production decisions.
- Monitor global and local market developments to inform product strategy and positioning.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to develop and refine product assortments that meet market demand and brand objectives.
- Assist in planning product lines, seasonal collections, and new garment launches.
- Ensure optimal product presentation and effective visual merchandising strategies for both B2B and B2C channels.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to promote garment collections, including digital campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling product content, sales collateral, and advertising materials.
- Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
- Liaise with the production, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product features, pricing, and market positioning.
- Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and coordinate timely delivery of manufactured garments.
- Develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and industry influencers to expand market reach.
- Analyze cost structures and pricing strategies to ensure competitive pricing without compromising on quality or profitability.
- Provide insights on margin optimization and product lifecycle management from concept through production and post-launch performance.
- Prepare regular reports on market trends, sales performance, and merchandising effectiveness for senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in product marketing and merchandising strategies.
- Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
