**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming accessories and trims as per purchase orders.
- Issue accessories to relevant departments (cutting, sewing, packing, etc.) based on approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels in **Visual Gems** ERP software.
- Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) system is followed for all accessories to avoid obsolescence.
- Monitor and conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile with system records.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from **Visual Gems** regarding stock status, shortages, excess, etc.
- Coordinate with merchandising, purchase, and production teams for timely availability of required accessories.
- Identify slow-moving or non-moving accessories and alert concerned departments.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage space as per compliance and buyer audit requirements.
- Implement proper labeling and bin card systems for easy identification and tracking.
- Follow up on pending indents, returns, and claims for defective items with vendors or purchase team.
- Ensure proper documentation of rejection, return, or scrap of accessories.
- Train and supervise store helpers or assistants.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Logistics preferred).
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in garment/accessories stores in a manufacturing environment.
- Good working knowledge of **Visual Gems ERP** - accessories entry, GRN, issue, return, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of different types of garment accessories and trims.
- Good command over Excel, stock management tools, and inventory software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
- Familiar with documentation and compliance related to buyer audits.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
