**EXPERIENCE IN A GARMENT EXPORT HOUSE IS NECESSARY**

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Incoming Material checking & Maintaining

Develop, manage, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan.

Lead the fabric QC/ Checker team and provide technical guidance.

Work with the fabric mills, Printers and dyeing vendors to establish the best quality system and hold them accountable to these standards.

Develop fabrics according to buyers requirements.

Foresee fabric quality issues, and providing solutions to overcome them.

Coordinate with the Printing, Dyeing, Finishing, Merchandising, Garment Production & other related Departments.

Minimise fabric re-processing.

Check dye lab recipes to ensure problem-free dyeing

Give accurate and timely decisions for major troubleshooting of the process.

Performing physical tests
- Seam/slippage, tear, tensile, pilling, count construction, gsm etc.

Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new stock

**REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**:

- A bachelor's degree in têxtile, or a related field is typically required.
- A minimum of 4 years experience working in an export house.
- Knits and woven based fabrics-RFD, Dyed, Finishing, Printing & Embroidery Processes
- Knowledge of maintaining Fabric Store in House.
- Knowledge of Excel and ERP systems
- Prompt Communication
- In depth knowledge of synthetic and natural fabric along with dyeing and printing techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have basic computer skills, must know how to use Ms Office, Ms Excel, Ms Word.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Relocate before starting work (required)
