**Job Title: Pattern Master**

**Department**: Sampling / Production
**Location**: B-7, Sector-65, Noida
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Reports To**: Sampling Manager / Production Manager

**Experience**: Minimum **5-8 years** in garment pattern making (export-oriented unit preferred).

Proficiency in manual pattern making; CAD software knowledge **Richpeace** is an advantage.

**Job Purpose**:
To create accurate garment patterns based on design specifications, ensuring proper fit, construction, and production feasibility while maintaining quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pattern Development**:

- Develop first patterns from design sketches, tech packs, or samples.
- Ensure patterns meet size, fit, and garment construction requirements.
- Make pattern adjustments for different size ranges (grading).
- **Sampling & Fitting**:

- Work closely with sampling and design teams during garment prototyping.
- Conduct fittings with models and modify patterns based on feedback.
- Ensure patterns are production-friendly to minimize wastage and improve efficiency.
- **Technical Specifications**:

- Prepare detailed cutting and sewing instructions for the production team.
- Maintain technical accuracy for seam allowances, grain lines, notches, and markers.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with designers, merchandisers, and production teams for timely approvals.
- Communicate clearly with tailors and operators regarding construction techniques.
- **Quality & Compliance**:

- Ensure patterns meet buyer specifications and quality requirements.
- Keep track of approved patterns and maintain an organized pattern library.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Certificate in Pattern Making, Garment Technology, or equivalent.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of garment construction and fabrics.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
