**Job Overview**:As a Wastewater Infrastructure Designer, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and development of sustainable and efficient wastewater treatment and disposal systems. Your expertise will contribute to the protection of public health, the environment, and the efficient management of wastewater infrastructure. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative solutions that address complex wastewater challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Development**: Collaborate with engineering teams to develop detailed designs for wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, pump stations, and related infrastructure. Ensure designs adhere to regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and industry best practices.

**System Modeling**: Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and hydraulic modeling tools to simulate wastewater flow, hydraulic performance, and treatment processes. Analyze and optimize system layouts for efficiency and reliability.

**Technical Documentation**: Prepare comprehensive design documents, including construction drawings, technical specifications, and design reports. Clearly communicate design intent, calculations, and rationale to project stakeholders.

**Regulatory Compliance**: Stay current with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to wastewater treatment and disposal. Ensure designs align with regulatory guidelines and obtain necessary permits and approvals.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with civil engineers, environmental scientists, project managers, and other professionals to integrate wastewater infrastructure designs within broader projects. Collaborate on interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and effective solutions.

**Innovation**: Research and implement innovative technologies, materials, and practices to improve wastewater infrastructure design, operational efficiency, and sustainability.

**Cost Estimation**: Provide input for cost estimation and budgeting during the design phase. Optimize designs to achieve cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or performance.

**Construction Support**: Assist during the construction phase by providing clarifications, responding to design-related queries, and ensuring that the constructed facilities align with the intended design.

**Quality Assurance**: Conduct design reviews, perform technical checks, and implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred.
- Proven experience in wastewater infrastructure design, hydraulic modeling, and related software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS, hydraulic modeling software).
- Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes, collection systems, and pump station design principles.
- Familiarity with relevant wastewater regulations and environmental standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and a creative approach to designing innovative solutions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality designs.

**Salary**: ₹9,218.39 - ₹36,178.41 per month

**Experience**:
