Working days: 6 days in a week

Office timing : 9.00 a.m to 5.30 p.m

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing enterprise IT environments and act as a SAP super user to support business-critical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud solutions.
  • Ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT systems.
  • Serve as SAP super user for configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Coordinate with Biometric vendor & maintain the existing Biometric System.
  • Manage & maintain data for IT assets and maintain database for allocation of IT assets.
  • Lead IT projects, upgrades, and technology implementations.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, disaster recovery, and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with business teams to align IT systems with operational needs.
  • Co-ordinate & negotiate with various IT vendors related to purchase of IT assets.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors/Masters in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications or related field.
  • 9-14 years of experience in IT infrastructure management in Manufacturing/Real Estate/Tea industry.
  • Strong experience with SAP (super user level) and ERP support.
  • Expertise in server management, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
  • Proven project management and team leadership skills.
