Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Load balancing Switching and Routing - Arista Switching & Routing Cisco Wireless and WAN Optimizers. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of network infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance.

Responsibilities
Design and implement robust network infrastructure solutions to support business operations and growth.
Oversee the configuration and maintenance of load balancing systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
Provide expert guidance on Arista switching and routing to optimize network performance and efficiency.
Manage Cisco switching and routing to ensure secure and efficient data flow across the network.
Implement and maintain wireless network solutions to provide seamless connectivity for all users.
Optimize WAN performance through the deployment and management of WAN optimizers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address network requirements and challenges.
Conduct regular network assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Ensure network security by implementing best practices and staying up-to-date with the latest security trends.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
Provide technical support and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation to support ongoing operations and future planning.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve network infrastructure.
Qualifications
Possess a deep understanding of load balancing techniques and best practices.
Demonstrate expertise in Arista switching and routing to optimize network performance.
Have extensive experience with Cisco switching and routing to ensure secure and efficient data flow.
Show proficiency in implementing and maintaining wireless network solutions.
Exhibit strong knowledge of WAN optimizers to enhance network performance.
Hold a relevant certification such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent.
Display excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
Possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate the ability to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Have a proven track record of designing and implementing robust network infrastructure solutions.
Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
