Job Description We are seeking a confident and experienced Senior Infrastructure Consultant with over 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in implementing cloud, IaaS, and SaaS architectures, particularly for SAP Migration customers. This role requires a deep understanding of security and infrastructure best practices, as well as a hands-on approach to AWS infrastructure management. The Senior Infrastructure Consultant will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting infrastructure solutions that ensure successful SAP migrations to AWS, while also providing ongoing technical support and proactive solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure solutions, focusing on AWS, for SAP Migration customers. - Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver successful SAP migrations, ensuring adherence to security and infrastructure best practices. - Provide technical support and ongoing evolution of customer environments post-migration, with a focus on proactive problem-solving and cost reduction. - Collaborate with Lemongrass and customer teams to achieve successful project outcomes. - Identify and deploy additional Lemongrass services and solutions that benefit customers. - Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing knowledge and expertise. - Automate basis and infrastructure activities using Lemongrass tooling. - Participate in out-of-hours support cover when scheduled on the support rota. - Continuously improve and evolve Lemongrass tooling and methodologies. Qualifications: Required: - Proven ability to lead small teams to deliver successful customer outcomes. - Experience working collaboratively as part of globally diverse teams. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Hands-on experience in engineering and configuring cloud infrastructures using automation tools. - Experience with AWS IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS offerings. - Proficiency in AWS compute, storage, network, load balancer, and container management. - Experience with SUSE, RHEL, and Windows operating systems. - Strong understanding of networking principles and implementation. - Expertise in system and environment hardening. - Experience with infrastructure management and monitoring tools. - Ability to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality results. - AWS Certified (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer). - Experience with executing infrastructure and security checklists, as well as general infrastructure maintenance tasks. Desired: - AWS SysOps Administrator Certification - AWS Advanced Networking Certification - AWS Security Certification - Additional AWS certifications
