**Age limit:20 to 27.**:

- **Tender identification and analysis**: Monitor online and offline portals for new tender opportunities and analyze documents (RFPs, RFQs) to evaluate business fit and eligibility criteria.
- **Bid preparation**: Coordinate with different departments to gather information and compile comprehensive bid submissions, including technical and commercial proposals.
- **E-tendering**: Prepare and submit documents on government and private e-tendering portals, such as GeM.
- **Vendor and client coordination**: Float RFQs to vendors, collect quotations, and manage communication with clients and other stakeholders.
- **Submission management**: Ensure all tender documents are checked, bound, packed, and submitted by the deadlines. This also includes preparing documents for e-tendering.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all submissions comply with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- **Record keeping**: Maintain accurate and organized records of all tender processes and submissions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹27,740.19 - ₹37,713.07 per month
