We are looking for a **Tender Executive / Admin** with 2-3 years of experience to handle tender submissions and support administrative tasks. The role requires attention to detail, coordination skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams for required inputs.
- Maintain tender records and track submission status.
- Manage vendor registrations and government/private tender portals.
- Support daily office administration and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
- 2-3 years’ experience in tendering and admin.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
