Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tendering Executive to manage both online and offline tenders, including those on the GeM portal. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in handling tender documentation, bid submissions, and all related activities in the tendering process. If you have a passion for ensuring accurate and timely submission of tenders and a good understanding of tender procedures, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify tender opportunities through online and offline platforms.
  • Manage tenders on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and other platforms.
  • Preparation and submission of technical and financial bids in line with tender requirements.
  • Coordinate with different departments for documentation, vendor registrations, and queries related to tenders.
  • Review tender documents and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
  • Maintain and update tender documentation, records, and reports.
  • Monitor the tender status and follow up on bid results.
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders and support in post-tender negotiations if needed.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and government officials for tendering processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and changes in tendering procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering, with expertise in the GeM portal.
  • Strong knowledge of tender documentation, processes, and procedures (online and offline).
  • Familiarity with the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender management tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
