**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Field Sales

**Location**: Punjab & Haryana
**Product**: Titch Tap & Tile Cleaning Gel

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dealer Network Expansion**:

- Identify and onboard new dealers in the sanitary shops sector
- Establish strong relationships with new and existing dealers.
- **Sales Growth**:

- Increase product sales at existing dealer counters through promotional activities and regular follow-ups.
- **Product Demonstrations**:

- Conduct product demonstrations at dealer shops to showcase the benefits and usage of Titch Tap & Tile Cleaning Gel.
- **Field Touring**:

- Regularly visit dealer counters and shops in the assigned territory to monitor sales and gather feedback.
- **Market Research**:

- Understand market trends, competitor products, and dealer requirements to provide valuable insights to the management.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in sanitary or related industries.
- **Skills**:Good communication skills
- **Availability**: Willingness to travel extensively across Punjab & Haryana.

**Compensation**:

- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
