**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update financial records and accounting systems.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor statements, and credit card accounts.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and account summaries.
- Handle petty cash, staff expense claims, and reimbursement processing.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve account-related queries.
- Manage documentation and filing of financial records both physically and digitally.
- Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies or variances to the Finance Manager.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, Xero, or similar.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Familiarity with VAT, payroll processing, or tax filing procedures.
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator, Accounting or similar role.
