**Job Title**: Business Development Manager - eCommerce (Strategic Sales)
**Location**: Jalandhar
**Salary**: Up to ₹25 LPA
**Availability**: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet business objectives in the eCommerce sector
- Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to refine sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and product
- Meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in eCommerce sales or business development
- Strong **verbal and written communication skills**:
- In-depth understanding of online marketplaces, D2C strategies, and e-retail ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close high-value deals
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
