We're expanding our footprint and are on the lookout for a proactive, field-oriented professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering high-impact travel solutions for corporate teams.

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven **Field Corporate Sales Executive** with 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales. This role requires frequent visits to corporates to build relationships, promote our offerings, and generate leads, while also maintaining strong ties with vendor partners like resorts and homestays.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Visit and engage with HRs, Admins, and decision-makers at various corporates to pitch offsite and team getaway solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients to drive repeat business.
- Strengthen partnerships with vendors (resorts, homestays, etc.) and ensure seamless coordination for client requirements.
- Handle day-to-day office operations including follow-ups, documentation, and coordination.
- Track sales pipeline, generate leads, and achieve monthly targets.

**Desired Skill Set**
- 3-4 years of experience in corporate or field sales (travel industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized with a focus on follow-ups and execution.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable with travel and client visits
- Gather market feedback and suggest ideas to improve offerings and customer experience.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
