Planning: Creating maintenance schedules, delegating tasks, and prioritizing work
- Managing: Supervising maintenance staff and housekeeping staff, ensuring they follow safety practices, and assessing their performance and updating the Sr. for every work done and need to be done. Coordinate with vendors, managing the whole building.
- Repairing: Performing minor repairs, scheduling contractors for major repairs, and staying on-call for emergencies
- Inspecting: Conducting site inspections to identify areas needing extra maintenance
- Budgeting: Developing maintenance budgets and tracking expenses
- Coordinating: Coordinating with other departments to optimize resource use, and liaising with senior management
- Maintaining: Ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and facilities, and minimizing unexpected breakdowns

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
