Position Title: Project Incharge Sr. General Manager / Vice President Level

Location: Delhi Regional Office

Industry: Buildings & Infrastructure (Construction)

Reporting To: Director Projects

Educational Qualification:

  • Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or any relevant field (mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
  • PMP Certification will be an added advantage.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with at least 28 years of experience to take charge as Project Incharge (SGM / VP Level) for multiple high-value building projects in the Delhi region. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end execution and coordination, reporting directly to the Director. This role demands deep expertise in managing large teams, project delivery, client interfacing, and techno-commercial oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all projects with full responsibility for execution, planning, monitoring, and control.
  • Act as a single point of accountability across all verticals – civil, MEP, architecture, and design etc.
  • Ensure timely preparation and review of work schedules, budgets, resource plans, and reports.
  • Coordinate with clients, sub-clients, consultants, and in-house teams for seamless execution.
  • Attend and represent in key project review and progress meetings.
  • Oversee techno-commercial operations including contracts, vendor management, and billing.
  • Ensure cost control, timely clearances, and project execution within scope, time, and quality parameters.
  • Guide teams in obtaining necessary design, material, and statutory approvals.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with project quality management systems.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 28 years in the construction industry with a strong background in building projects.
  • Must have held leadership roles such as Regional Head / Project Director / VP / EPC Head.
  • Prior exposure to Delhi/NCR-based infrastructure or institutional projects preferred.

Key Skills:

  • Strong leadership and ownership of end-to-end project delivery.
  • Deep understanding of civil works, MEP, architecture, and integrated planning.
  • Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, and engineering drawing interpretation.
  • Prior experience working in EPC companies is highly preferred.
  • Techno-commercial acumen, including contract management and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Working knowledge of Primavera, MS Project, and MS Office.
