Roles and Responsibilities
Full time Physiotherapist with good technical & people management skills, should be able to independently access & evaluate diagnosis of Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Post operative Care specially post Total Knee Replacements, THR & Arthroscopy surgeries, Joints Pain Care, Geriatric & sports injury management and other conditions affecting body/joints movement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) from an Indian institute of repute with 2 to 5 years of working experience are preferred.
Should have good communication skills (Hindi & English) for interacting with patients & families, understanding and acknowledging their emotional needs & hence building trust & rapport with them.
Ideal candidate should have experience in managing a large team of Consultant therapists across Delhi-NCR (Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad) to ensure efficient and timely patient care.
Remuneration: Fixed monthly Salary + Incentives
