
Executive Assistant to Founder

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Scheduling: Maintaining and managing the schedule of the founder. This would include the following:
a. Making note of any critical calls or messages and inform the founder of the same
b. Maintaining the daily calendar for the founder and setting reminders for him to ensure that no critical meetings are missed
c. Travelling along with the founder for outstation and meetings within Mumbai if required
d. Streamlining the coming weeks personal meetings calendar for the founder every Saturday
2. Expense Maintenance:
a. Provide monthly expense reports to the founder as follows:
1. Sales and purchases *
2. Office Expenses report
b. Provide Weekly reports to the founder as follows:
1. Outstanding receivables from clients
2. Ongoing Event Calendar
3. Regular check on the rental income coming in
4. Personal loans and outstanding
5. Coordinating for getting the monthly bank statement from the Accounts team
c.. Approvals on the petty on behlaf of the founder if required
3. Administrative Tasks: Drafting letters, Business memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for Director
**Other KRA's**:
1. Quick Response Time: Responding within 24 hours to any queries raised by the founder. Give ten such examples of queries handled by you in the last year.
2.Ownership: Take full ownership of the job assigned and ensure all tasks are executed efficiently. Please provide examples.
3.Ethics and Reliability: Function with complete confidentiality in relation to all data of the founders. Prove to be completely dependable and loyal to the directors and always be neutral to take their interests in mind.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
