**Job Title: Sales Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct both inbound and outbound sales activities to generate leads and close deals.
- Communicate product features and benefits persuasively to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify opportunities for lead generation.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and enhance sales opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in both inbound and outbound sales roles.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to articulate product offerings clearly and convincingly.Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software for efficient lead management.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Inside sales: 2 years (required)
- Lead generation: 1 year (required)
