We are seeking a motivated **Helpdesk Support IT** professional to join our IT team. As a fresher, you will assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, supporting end-users, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with system installations, updates, and maintenance.
- Manage user accounts, reset passwords, and provide basic IT guidance.
- Track and resolve technical issues through the ticketing system.

**Qualifications**:

- Freshers with a passion for IT and technology.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Good communication skills and customer service attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
