**Job Title: Outbound Calling Executive - Real Estate (Day Shift)**

**Location**: [Gurugram / On-site ]
**Shift Timing**: Day Shift (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM IST )
**Department**: Real Estate Sales / Telecalling
**Experience Required**: 0-3 years (Freshers with good communication are welcome)
**Salary**: 18k-25k

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven **Outbound Calling Executive** to join our Real Estate Sales team. Your role will involve reaching out to potential property buyers over the phone, understanding their requirements, and offering them suitable property options from our listings.

If you are confident, good at convincing people, and have a flair for sales - this is the role for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from a pre-qualified database.
- Explain available property options, features, and benefits clearly and professionally.
- Understand client preferences, budget, and location requirements.
- Regularly update CRM systems with call logs, lead status, and follow-up actions.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in **Hindi and English** (any regional language is a plus).
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections smartly.
- Basic knowledge of real estate market trends is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and Excel.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong follow-up approach.
- High level of patience, listening ability, and customer service.
