**We are hiring **Business Development Executives** to drive field sales and manage real estate inventory. The role requires strong client interaction skills, property site visits, and coordination with developers to ensure accurate inventory management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct property **site visits** with prospective buyers/investors.
- **Follow up with customers** to ensure timely decisions and sales closures.
- Maintain and update project inventory (pricing, availability, offers).
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Build long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
- Graduate (MBA preferred) with 1-4 years of experience in real estate/field sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation & follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market preferred.
- Target-driven, self-motivated & comfortable with field work.
