**Job Description**:
**What are the responsibilities of the role?**
- Training management from session planning, session announcements, managing the class roster, liaising with learners and the faculty, organising the logistics for delivery, overseeing successful delivery, and gathering feedback.
- Working on the Learning management system to generate regular and ad-hoc reports, upload or export data with the required quality control.
- Managing the learning inbox, receiving queries from across the organisation, and ensuring that responses are dispatched within pre-defined benchmarks, and customer service excellence is upheld at all times.
- Coordination with training partners and external vendors for planning of programs and monitoring of operational details to ensure smooth execution of complete programs.
- Document and track processes, new or existing, so that systems operational control can be maintained, opportunities for improvement identified, and the knowledge transferred to other employees or groups, as needed.
- Recognise and pursue team strategy and individual KPIs and goals, and support other team members in achieving their outcomes, when needed.

**Qualifications**:
**What are we looking for?**
- A passion for Training, Learning and Development, and Human Resources.
- 6-36 months of Work Experience, with at least 6 months working in an HR department or with an HR process, preferably in Learning or Training.
- Graduate or Postgraduate, preferably with a Business Management or HR qualification.
- A strong desire and commitment to learn, and a growth mindset open to feedback and accountability.
- Enthusiasm in adding value to a rapidly-evolving and dynamic business.
- Problem-solving with passion, resilience and a positive attitude.
- An excitement to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Competent in G-Suite products, especially in Google Sheets.
- Proficient in English communication
