**Job Title**: Tender & Documentation Executive
**Location**: Thane, Mumbai
**Department**: Business Development / Contracts
**Reporting To**: Manager - Tenders & Documentation
**Qualification**: Any Graduate / B. Tech (Civil preferred)
**Languages**: Proficiency in Marathi typing is mandatory
**Experience**: 2-5 years (preferred) in Tendering and Documentation roles
**Tender Management**:
- Identify relevant tenders through online portals, newspapers, and government websites.
- Study tender documents (BOQ, drawings, technical specs) and extract key requirements.
- Coordinate with technical and estimation teams for preparing bid submissions.
- Handle online and offline tender submissions within deadlines.
- Prepare tender-related documents: EMD, financial bids, technical bids, declarations, formats, etc.
- Upload and manage e-tenders via portals like GeM, eProcurement, etc.
- Maintain records of tenders submitted, status updates, and outcomes.
**Documentation & Compliance**:
- Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation including agreements, contracts, work orders, and statutory documents.
- Ensure all documents are as per regulatory and client compliance requirements.
- Organize and update company profiles, vendor registrations, prequalification documents, etc.
- Manage and track document renewals - licenses, certifications, bank guarantees, and insurances.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to gather and dispatch necessary documents.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems for easy document retrieval.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Strong knowledge of tendering procedures and documentation protocols.
- Familiarity with government tender portals (GeM, MSTC, eProc portals, etc.).
- Excellent typing skills in **Marathi** and proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF editors.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
**Additional Preferred Skills**:
- Experience handling tender-related clarifications and pre-bid queries.
- Knowledge of digital signatures, DSC token use, and e-bid security processes.
- Ability to draft professional correspondence and maintain confidentiality of data.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
