Job Summary:
The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the complete tendering process — from identifying relevant tenders, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, to ensuring timely submission and compliance with all requirements. The role demands strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to interpret technical and commercial specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and track government and private tenders through various portals and publications.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements.
- Coordinate with management, technical, and finance teams for preparing technical and financial bids.
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within deadlines (both online and offline).
- Maintain a detailed record of submitted tenders, outcomes, and upcoming opportunities.
- Handle tender-related correspondence, clarifications, and follow-ups with clients or departments.
- Prepare supporting documents such as EMDs, BGs, and authorization letters as required.
- Assist in vendor registration and empanelment with government departments and PSUs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and tender regulations.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain an up-to-date database of tenders and quotations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in tender management or government bidding process.
- Strong knowledge of e-procurement portals (GeM, CPP, eProcurement, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF editing tools.
- Attention to detail, time management, and multitasking ability.
- Strong coordination and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with government or PSU tendering processes.
- Familiarity with company registration, digital signature certificates (DSC), and related compliance.
- Exposure to technical tendering (Engineering / Electrical / IT projects).
