**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Visit villages within Dharwad Taluka to identify and engage with farmers who have purchased new tractors.
- Promote our range of tractor-operated agricultural implements, including rotovators, MB ploughs, and threshers.
- Achieve sales targets by converting leads into sales.
- **Subsidy Process Management**:

- Coordinate with the Karnataka State Department of Agriculture to track and expedite the subsidy approval process.
- **Lead Management**:

- Visit tractor showrooms to collect leads and promote our products to customers who have recently bought tractors.
- Establish and maintain relationships with tractor showroom field officers to secure continuous lead flow.
- **Market Promotion**:

- Conduct village-wise visits to raise awareness about our products and their benefits.
- Organize and participate in promotional events and demonstrations to showcase our products to potential customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries effectively.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the agricultural sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in local languages and dialects of Dharwad Taluka.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
