- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to the sales team to enhance their performance.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the customer service team to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience.
- **Sales Execution**:

- Implement sales plans and initiatives to drive product placement and visibility.
- Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to review progress, set targets, and address challenges.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing timely reports to senior management.
- **Market Expansion**:

- Identify new market segments and untapped opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Explore and establish new channels and partnerships to increase product reach.
- **Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage the sales budget for the assigned area.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
