**Full job description**

Accounting and Taxation trainer

Role : 1. Plan and conduct Well structured training sessions on accounting and taxation topics.

2. Create and update training material including presentations, handout and case studies

3. deliver practical examples and real-world scenarios to reinforce Learning.

4. Provide personalized assistance and guidance to enhance their understanding

5. evaluate and assess students progress through assignments, quizzes and examinations.

6. stay up-to-date with latest developments in accounting and taxation laws.

7. participate in institute events and seminars to promote the institute and its offerings.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

2. Professional certification (e.g. CA, CPA, CMA)is significant advantage.

3. Proven experience as an Accountant and Taxation Specialist is preferred.

4. Previous experience in teaching or training individuals in accounting and taxation concepts is a plus.

5. strong command on accounting software (e.g. Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and tax related tools.

6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information in clear manner.

7. patience, enthusiasm and genuine passion for teaching and monitoring
