Finance & Account Manager (US & Europe)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee finance & accounting operations for US, Europe, and Indian entities.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and Indian GAAP.
  • Manage cross-border transactions, FEMA compliance, and transfer pricing documentation.
  • Handle US compliance and US taxation matters in coordination with external consultants/auditors.
  • Supervise and finalize statutory audits, tax audits, and financial statements.
  • Monitor multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and reconciliations across geographies.
  • Implement financial controls, policies, and reporting standards.
  • Partner with management to provide financial insights, forecasts, and strategic support.
  • Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with GST, TDS, corporate taxation (India) along with international tax obligations.
  • Oversee the international payroll and AR&AP.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification.
  • 6–10 years of experience in finance & accounts with at least 3+ years handling international accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, FEMA, Transfer Pricing, and Indian Taxation.
  • Hands-on experience with US compliance and US taxation processes.
  • Expertise in managing multi-entity and cross-border financial operations.
  • Proficiency in ERP/Accounting software (Quickbooks/SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Tally, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹55,000.10 per month
