Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Prepare and coordinate financial statements in compliance with US GAAP
- Conduct regular audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Monitor and report on financial performance to senior management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
- Support strategic financial planning and budgeting processes

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field
- Thorough understanding of US GAAP and other accounting principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
