**US Taxation Associate**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review **US Individual (1040), Partnership (1065), S-Corporation (1120S), and C-Corporation (1120) tax returns.**:

- Prepare and file state tax returns, extensions, and amendments.
- Ensure compliance with IRS and state tax regulations.
- Conduct tax analysis and planning to identify potential tax-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate directly with clients for documentation and clarification.
- Assist in audit preparation, year-end reconciliation, and tax projections.
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness in all work deliverables.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
- Experience: 2-4 years in US Taxation (Individual & Business returns).
- Certification**:CPA or EA (Enrolled Agent) designation is mandatory.**

**Software Knowledge**:

- Proficiency in **CCH and ProConnect (mandatory).**:

- Experience with Drake, Lacerte, UltraTax, or similar tax software is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and federal/state tax laws.
- Excellent analytical skills and effective client communication abilities.
